A milestone?

I'm not sure why I've been keeping count, but I do.  Yesterday at lunch, I told Bird she was getting her 400th injection of insulin.  Her eyes widened to the size of quarters and she replied in awe, "Four hundred shots? That's like ... a billion!"

    That makes me want to cry and smile all at the same time. She is so precious... and you hang in there. :-)
